After several fixes no solution have been found yet, we are still very busy with investigating the problems between the Edge and Cas servers.

Our engineers have located the problem between the Edge and Cas servers, right now a hotfix is being prepared to get the mailflow up and running again.

Dear Customer,

We have located a problem sending and receiving emails from and to extern addresses. Internal emails can be send and received.

In and outgoing emails are currently stored on the platform and will be delivered.

We are currently investigating the problem and working to solve the issue as soon as possible.

We will keep sending updates.
